Forgot it? Happens to everyone.

From the Login Page

  1. Go to the cStar login page
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your email
  4. Click Send reset link
  5. Check your email and click the link
  6. Set a new password

If the email doesn't show up within a couple minutes, check your spam folder.

While Logged In

Want to change your password proactively?

  1. Go to Settings > Agent Tab > Security
  2. Click to open the password change form
  3. Enter your new password and confirm it
  4. Save

Password Requirements

Your password must be at least 8 characters and both entries must match. That's it. No arbitrary "must include a special character" rules.

Use a password manager. Seriously.

Locked Out?

If the reset email never arrives:

  1. Make sure you're using the email you signed up with
  2. Check spam
  3. Ask your team admin -- they may be able to help
  4. Contact support@cstar.help as a last resort
