How do I add attachments to a ticket?

Three Ways to Attach
Drag and Drop (Fastest)
- Open the ticket
- Start composing your reply
- Drag files from your desktop into the reply area
- Drop to attach
No clicking. Just drag.
Click to Upload (Classic)
- Click the attachment icon (📎) in the reply toolbar
- Select files from your computer
- Click Open
Paste from Clipboard (For Screenshots)
- Take a screenshot (

What You Can Attach
Images: PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, WebP Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX Archives: ZIP, RAR Other: TXT, CSV, JSON

Size Limits
- 25 MB per file
- 50 MB total per message
If your file's bigger, compress it or use a link.
How Attachments Display
- Images: Show inline in the conversation. No download needed.
- PDFs: Preview available, click to download the full file.
- Everything else: Click to download.
Managing Attachments
- Hover over an attachment to see options
- Click Download to save it locally
- Click Delete to remove it (before you send the message)
Once sent, attachments are permanent. Choose wisely.
Pro Tips
- Compress large files before uploading—nobody wants to wait
- Use screenshots liberally. A picture beats 500 words of description
- Don't attach sensitive data (passwords, credit cards) unless absolutely necessary
